Issues uploading photo to CaptureME
I can't upload my photo to CaptureME, what should I do?
There may be a few reasons for this error:
- You already have a photo on file; CaptureME won't allow you to upload a photo if one exists, come to Student Central to have a new photo taken by our team.
- Your image size is too large; try reducing the image size before you attempt to re-upload your photo.
- Your mobile device software is out of date; if you're using CaptureME with your mobile device, check that your phone software is up to date.
- Your profile isn't ready; CaptureME takes some time to recognise your profile, we recommend that you wait at least an hour after enrolling in peak time to login to CaptureME, sometimes it does need overnight.
