Please do not book and pay for Reunion Travel yourself.  Your travel needs to be booked by the university.  Contact the International Sponsored Students Team about your travel plans. A Travel Authority Letter will be provided to you so a flight can be booked in the FCM Travel Management system.

Travel will be booked according to the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) Scholarship Policy Guidelines. It will generally be the most direct, economical flight with no stopover, if possible.  If a stopover is unavoidable, reasonable overnight accommodation will also be arranged by the travel provider.
