If you are a Higher Degree by Research (HDR) student , you will need to have your research related travel approved in HDRhub before booking via the University's Travel Management System, Concur.
If you are wanting to conduct private travel, you will need to seek approval from —
- The Graduate Research School for international private travel
- Your coordinating supervisor for domestic private travel
To apply for personal leave, overseas research, or a combination of personal leave and research, login to HDRhub and select Absence without suspension. Annual recreation leave will not normally be approved within the first six months or prior to submission of the research proposal.
