You must complete a UWA Enrolment Form to reflect your Exchange Student status for your study period overseas.

To Enrol at the Start of the Academic Year
You will need to log in to studentConnect and complete all of the online enrolment steps, except for the selection of units. Ensure you complete every step.

Once you have completed the online part of your enrolment you will need to hand in your Exchange Code Allocation Form to the Global Learning Office, ensuring that you are enrolled in 24 points per semester.

To Enrol Mid Year - Changing Your Enrolment
The Enrolment Form will be in your Global Studio application.  Sessions are also held to assist the completion of the Exchange Code Allocation form.

• Consult with your Faculty (combined degree students must consult both faculties), to determine which units you should enrol in overseas
• Withdraw from all UWA units for the period of your study overseas if you have already enrolled (You can do this through studentConnect)
• Complete the Code Allocation form to reflect the Special Exchange Units (a copy of the codes are in your application on Global Studio)
