Communication and Research Skills (CARS) explained

What is Communication and Research Skills (CARS1000)?

Communication and Research Skills (CARS) is an online unit that assists you in developing communication and research skills in an academic context.

In CARS there are four modules to review and a final quiz to complete for each module. You must achieve a score of at least 80% across the quizzes by the due date to pass. You are able to take the quizzes as many times as necessary before the due date in order to achieve the minimum pass score.

All commencing undergraduate first year students and postgraduate coursework students are required to complete CARS and are automatically enrolled in the unit. If you are required to complete CARS the unit will appear on your enrolment record in studentConnect as CARS1000 Communication and Research Skills and will be accessible via your LMS (Learning Management System) account. .
